Don’t you just love a know-it-all? No matter what we know, or think we know, God always knows better. He says that our ways are not His ways and that the wisdom of the world is but foolishness to Him. He also says that we do not even have the ability with our finite minds to “know” in the same way that He knows. So the best we can do is what He says in Proverbs 3:5-6, and that is: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.” Based on this information, one can only conclude that knowing God is as close as you’ll ever get to knowing everything.
